Make a Booking

Due to demand, it is strongly recommend that you arrange appointments well in advance. Bookings can be made in person, over the phone or by email. The consultation fee for your appointment is payable in advance. Credit card details will be requested at the time of booking (we accept Mastercard and Visa).

Monday – Friday: 10 am to 6 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 2 pm

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the treatment time available to you. If you are running late and we do not hear from you within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered as a no-show and your treatment may be cancelled.

Cancellations

We understand that you may need to change your schedule sometimes. However, when you do, we ask that you give us 24-hours notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours before an appointment incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. A no-show incurs a charge of 75% of the service fee.
